Finally got my mounts back and on the wall from last years trip to New Zealand. I always wanted a full body tahr mount, but I had to deal with the reality of not enough wall or floor space left to put it on. But I am really happy with the way the wall pedestal mount turned out.

Space is always a huge factor.

Tahr are so neat...hairy. Very nice.
I was in New Zealand in 1999 and have wanted to go back ever since. Beautiful place!

This beautiful Impala ram was taken at just over 300 yards, took a few steps and toppled over.

We are looking forward to the next week and a half of hunting with our first client of the year.
