Question for anyone near coastal OR/CA

I have a rifle I want to buy.

The seller has a business in Brookings, Oregon (Adak Armory). What I would like to know (peace of mind) is if anyone has any knowledge or experience with them. Living in a remote community in Alaska, I am just trying to do a bit of due diligence.

I guess my question would be how this transaction will be completed in light of the passage of measure 114. Originally supposed to go into effect Dec 8. Now on hold by the courts but still a lot of questions. I have no experience with your dealer but please be careful.

I hadn't connected the dots on that. It looks like maybe that's on hold for just a bit? And that might explain his price and desire to get it sold.

State court stayed the December 8 deadline. Also, the laws impact sale and purchase of firearms in OR. If he is shipping it to AK, then no worries in either case.
