thin slice the back strap, salt and pepper to taste, dredge in flour, then lightly saute in butter or bacon grease. bon apetit ;)
 
Marinate backstraps in Italian salad dressing over night, then bread and chicken fry. Serve with biscuits and gravy and any other sides you want.

With a Mash Potatoes, Gravy, Corn on the Cobb and a nice glass of Red
 
I was thinking that they might enjoy a bit of steak tartare.
 
Jerky, pepper sticks and a few steaks as well as the tenderloins.

MT grizzly encounter,
a hot springs (do you have good spots ?)
Looking to buy a 375 H&H or .416 Rem Mag if anyone has anything they want to let go of
