Remington 700 35 Whelen With Leupold Scope

Another rifle from the brother-in-law. This one he has taken in the field and hunted WI a few seasons. I believe this is the 1988 release Remington 700 in 35 Whelen. Has a older Leupold 2-7 on it, iron sights removed. Surface rust is present on the bolt know. This was his working rifle, so a few dings on the stock and a knick in the barrel near the muzzle, but still in very nice shape. Asking $1375 shipped to the lower 48 on this one.

The Classic model Whelen was made in 1988, but that is the BDL made between '89 and '94 according to the Blue Book.
