Ruger No. 1 Tropical .450/.400 NE 3" With Heavy Contour Barrel

Ruger No. 1-H .450/.400 Nitro Express 3” (Model 11385). This is the rare version with the heavyweight 24 inch “D” contour barrel. It weighs 9.32 pounds without scope or rings. It was shot prior to my purchase but I never fired it. It has one nick in the checkering on the right side of the fore end, but it is otherwise in like new condition. There are no box, papers, or rings.

Price is $1,100 plus shipping.

Very nice rifle, there are several you tube videos of this same type and calibre being shot, see the Hornady clip showing Craig Boddington shooting it.

Should be over 10.5 pounds scoped so it shouldn't be anything oit of the ordinary I don't think.

Nice rifle. I have the 11324 model 450/400 with the standard weight barrel. My "shoulder-o-meter" says it kicks less than my VC 450/400 double.
