Sauer/Weatherby Europa in 8x68S

[8x68]

I have the opportunity of purchasing this rifle in a few months. There really isn't much info out there on this rifle especially in this calibre. Anyone have one that can enlighten me?
I am familiar with the 8x68 calibre as I have BRNO 602 in 8x68
Weatherby provided some info but more is always welcome. I thought those in Europe may have some experience with the rifle.
This is what I do know. Most were made in Germany, and went from Germany for distribution in Europe. Most had a 1/12" rate of twist, and had the Europa configuration. One thing I did notice they have a really big safety!

I do have one, I’m using it for 3 years, I have purchased second han but ex owner used. I was produced by Sauer between 1957-73. I replace its double trigger to Timney(2 pound) and have made bespoke stock.
I’m using it for drive hunt, mountain and stalkin to boar.
