Hi have you guys/gals noticed this. I guess I'm pretty set for the most part but have seen a number of posts and did a quick search. No 500 Jeffery brass, very little A-Frame ammunition.

I have ordered brass from that seller on gunbroker. Fast shipping and I had no issues. He has some other brass up there that isnt easy to find. Worth a look at his other items
He is also a member here I believe

Same here...I picked up my 450 Rigby Norma brass from him.

For the most part big bore components arent in the highest demand so many manufacturers prioritize the higher turn items like Creeds, 308, 9mm, 223, etc. They do smaller runs of the lower demand items at points throughout the year leading to shortages and hoarding. I think most everybody I know has enough "safety stock" of components and things seem to be starting to show back up on shelves for the most part.

Just placed an order with them. Very responsive to questions. Looking forward to getting brass and bullets. Glad to see someone is making this hard to get brass available to the market

What i have noticed is that if you are looking for ammunition you need to check your go to web sites late evening and early morning.

Now if you see it, you better order it at that time. to dally around and come back it will be gone.

Brands are moving off the shelf as soon as it comes on line. I was watching for a few hunters going on trips to Africa, that were looking for select brands name with a specific bullet. Like i told them, when it is available you need to purchase it then and not wait. Some listened and some did not.

Norma seems to be the only company that I can see that continues to list both 500 Jeffery and 505 Gibbs ammo & brass on their website.

Are you guys still seeing this ammo on shelves? Havent seen any up here in over a year.

If you are looking this is what I have found.
500 jeffery is available from Midway USA
505 Gibbs is not in stock, looking at the sources that I check for ammo. I may be on the shelves of shops around the country.

I know of a few small gun stores that have brass available, however you need to walk in to the store to purchase what they have. They do not sell on line.

good luck on your search.

What a great way to kick off our 2025 hunting season in South Africa.

This beautiful Impala ram was taken at just over 300 yards, took a few steps and toppled over.

We are looking forward to the next week and a half of hunting with our first client of the year.

Out of all the different color variations of Impala the black Impala just stands out with its beautiful pitch black hide.

Impala is one of the animals you will see all over Africa.
You can see them in herds of a 100 plus together.

This excellent ram was taken with one of our previous client this past season.
