I'm pleased to announce that ticket sales have opened for our next rifle raffle.

We are raffling off a:

Kimber 84M Montana
6.5 Creedmoor (1-8 twist)
Stock is custom dipped in Kryptek Highlander camo.
Talley lightweight rings (medium)
Zeiss Conquest HD5 3-15x42 Rapid Z - 600

Only 499 tickets!

Tickets are $20 and are available here: http://www.sci-calgary.org/raffle

Can your American friends purchase tickets??

Yes, but a broker would have to be used to export the rifle to the States. $200-$300?

You guys twisted my arm! Just bought 10 tickets

We must have a drink at Hemingways next time I'm in Odessa/Midland, I owe you one for the ammo anyway! Lol
Sorry to jack the thread but I'm buying tickets also!
Good luck,
Cody

I've always got time for a drink at Hemingways!

Calling all Canadians. Help sell out the raffle!

When is the draw?

Just picked up the winner.
Thanks for the reminder

Just an idea to help you with your raffle. If the Rifle is being purchased through Cabelas in all likelihood if an American were to win it there would be little or no difficulty in simply having Cabela's issue a gift card good for a similar rifle to be picked up at any Cabela's in the USA in order to get around the import/export issues and associated costs.

A quick call to the store manager would likely be all that is necessary to set it up. WR

This should be a fine rifle! I’ve got a Kimber Montana in 243 and it shoots very well! I use it mostly for antelope and as my walking Varminter. It is so easy to carry!
3 shots of 85 gr Nosler Partition at 200 yards in 1 1/4”! More than 3 and it starts opening up quickly though.

Well gentlemen, hate to burst your bubble but the rifle is heading south! Well, technically it's heading north first to irunguns.ca for export, then south to Texas.

#1230 was the winning ticket and I believe it is heading to Texas.

Thanks to everyone who made this a sellout!

Right on Brother!

Booked with Harold Grinde - Gana River - they sure kill some good ones - who'd you get set up with?
