Gentlemen,

I have a newly acquired Ruger Guide Gun in 375 Ruger that I need to get rings for. I’m looking at Warne or Talley detachables to mount a Swaro Z6i 1-6x24 with a 30mm tube. Any experience, pics of your set up etc would be appreciated. Thanks

I have two Guide Guns (.338 & .416). You won't be able to get Talleys. I called and asked and they don't make them. Thus, I went with Warne QD's in the medium height range. They seem perfect.

Why not use Ruger rings? There isn't A stronger more reliable scope mounting system available.
Do they make 30mm detachables?

I have Alaska Arms Quick Detach rings (https://alaskaarmsllc.com/pages/ruger-m77-mkii-rifle ) on my Ruger Hawkeye in 375 Ruger with a Leica Magnus 1-6 x 24 in 30mm.

Ruger does make a 30mm, but they are not quick detach.

Probably depends on what medium height will do to your cheek weld. I much prefer a nice, firm cheek weld.

Warne makes 30mm detachable Ruger rings. I put medium height on both my 375 Ruger and 338 RCM.

Yes, they detach and go back on in place by simply turning 2 screws and they do make 30mm in 2 heights.
Fair enough, I’m not against packing an allen key around in the bush but I would still prefer levers.

They don’t come with 30mm and I do not believe they are detachables
You are correct! They do not come standard with 30mm rings. However 30mm are available direct from Ruger. Also I have in the past loosened the screws at the base , removed the scope, reattached later and the scope was still sighted in.

Not an option for the OP as he's looking for QD rings but Ruger will exchange unused scope rings if the rifle was bought new.
