I want to thank the young hunter I met at the SCI dinner gathering in Feb for recommending this book. Sour-dough and Swahili written by American PH Bud Branham chronicles his life an memories of guiding clients in both Alaska and Africa before and after WWII. He was a bush pilot and a accomplished hunter. The book made the reader feel the hardship and challenges of living in the Alaskan back country thru the harsh winters and captures the experiences of hunting big game such as Moose, Kodiak bear and all manner of African game. Outstanding read! Thank You.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.
