Honest, hard working, genuine people-great food-prepared staff-patient with my 10 yr old son-highly selective on animals taken-every animal we came for-beautiful scenery-plenty of animals-what else could you want?

We spent 11 days with Adolf and Estelle Kleinhans on a safari that was better than i could've imagined. We took multiple (3) impala, (2) blesbok and (2) kudu (including an injured kudu bull that wasn't quite trophy but needed to be taken out). We also took an old scarred gemsbok, wildebeest that went down to the .243, a giant bull hartebeest at 260 yds, worn down springbuck, bushbuck that only had three teeth left and steenbok.

To fly halfway around the world and be made to feel like you are hunting with friends is a gift. Adolf has it.

The best part is I left several animals on the wish list so I have a reason to go back!!

I'm glad you had a great trip. That is one nice bushbuck!

Congrats. Nice trophy picture with the kudu.
Bushbuck looks to be in pretty darn good shape for dentition like that. Nice trophies.

Does anyone know about Cape Valley Safaris?

I’ve hunted with CVS, Adolph Kleinhans and Lammie Ferreira around their home, Patensie, and then up in Mozambique with Adolph’s two younger brothers JP and Mel on four separate trips for a total of around 35 animals. Lammie was my PH on two of the hunts. All were great hunts and high scoring animals. Can’t say enough about Adolph, Estelle and Lammie. All around great value and tremendous experiences. Good, honest and hard working people. Feel free to send PM for more info.

Thank you for your reply. What did you think about their camp?

CVS offers a series of thatched rondavels that we’re well kept with all necessary amenities. I’m usually only hunting and don’t require anything more than good food, shower and comfortable bed. They got it!

Does anyone know about Kubusi Safaris with EAI outdoors?

I hunted out of Kubusi Safaris lodge in the EC and thought everything was good. I don't know about EAI.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.
