Hey there. Just wondering if anyone here has hunted with KH Angela out of Port Elizabeth before? What kind of terrain and hunting techniques are used? We are planning on Nyala Impala and Waterbuck on this hunt. Any info appreciated

Thanx

I have never heard of them. I had a look at their website and they look like a fairly new outfit.
What has attracted you to them?

Looks like they have a large area that’s bordered by the coast. Should make for a nice fair chase type hunt but was hoping someone had actually been there to give feedback

@LJ SAFARIS has a coastal concession amd they are sponsors on here and always have good reports

Well this is weird and just goes to show what a small world it is. I recently was at a supper gathering with a large group of people. Somehow we got talking and hunting came up and I mentioned I was thinking of heading to South Africa. A couple of gentlemen there that I wasnt well aquainted with said they were from SA and that if I wanted to go for BIG Kudu that the area that KH Angela are in is the one of the best! Kudu wasnt really on my mind for this hunt, but if a 60" presented itself Id have a hard time not going after it. Sounds like a solid operation from the feedback Ive received so far.

Thanx

They might be great but I’d compare a few outfitters before you get too focused on one at very least just get a better understanding what is available. Most South African outfitters in the same general area offer very similar hunting. Most are sharing properties with other outfitters and don’t have exclusive access. Also, coastal eastern cape isn’t the place for big kudu. 50” is a very big eastern cape kudu. They aren’t southern greater kudu found further north.
