Tax deductions

A wife was doing the taxes while her husband watched the game on TV. Shortly, she came into the living room and told him, "I'm going to take a deduction for depreciation on you - you're only half the man you used to be."

Without looking away from the game, the husband replied, "It won't work, you're twice the woman you used to be."

They say he'll get out of the hospital soon, but he'll never walk again. Her lawyer thinks he can get her a plea for 5-10 years with time off for good behavior.
