I called Trijicon to get the actual manufacture date. It was made June 21st 2024.

I learned a lot while talking to the Trijicon tech guy. He assumed I called to learn if it was an authentic Trijicon scope or not.

I did not doubt it’s authenticity before calling but now he had me nervous. He said there are a lot of fake high end scopes and RMRs floating around. Not just Trijicon. Very good Chinese rip-off’s. Do not buy from EBay and an unknown source. Even some retailers get scammed.

Luckily mine checked out. So while I had him on the horn, I had him authenticate all of my Trijicon products. Apparently the RMR‘s are the most commonly ripped off. There should be no letters in front of the serial number on RMRs. And several other tells he walked me through. ACogs are the second most faked trijicon product.
