I watched an episode of the Canadian show Heartland with my daughters the other day. One of the characters was vegan who doesn't eat carbs or fat. Tim asked the guy "so what's left, lettuce?" Every vegan I've known can't sustain the vegan lifestyle either because of blandness or nutritional deficiency.

And lot of vitamin extras they must use also , sadly they are eating themself to a lesser health in so many ways .

There are cases all over Instagram of people who switched back after becoming so unhealthy and played havoc on their bodies.

I agree. Not only isn’t unhealthy but most …maybe not all… of these prophecy morally superior to the rest of us. It is once thing to choose to eat that way but another to force it on others. Plus it is an elitist type lifestyle. Poor and underprivileged cannot afford this craziness.
