Anyone hunted with Rhino Outdoor Adventures in Texas?

I haven't heard of them but there are lots of outfitters down here. Whatcha looking to hunt ?

Am looking for free range aoudad with a bow, would like to hunt over bait from blinds. Would like a to have a good chance at being successful.

That criteria will certainly knockdown the available offers ;). You might be able to find a few free range areas in teh hill country that could do that. West Texas will be infinitely harder with a bow in a blind. They'd have to have sheep hitting protein feeders with the best chances in January/February to do that style out there.

Have found one outfitter that specializes in archery aoudad and so far he is a 100 percent successful, he is hunting Palo Duro canyon on private with feeders. But he is very expensive!. Trying to find a alternative.

THe only other place is by Leakey Texas and I think success might be difficult to achieve.

I've heard stories and have seen pictures of Aoudad coming into feeders on deer leases over here in the Texas Hill Country. Some are free range.. Finding and acquiring a lease is another issue.

I'm not sure but I suspect most Outfitted hunts over here are high fenced.

I hunted Pronghorn with Tommy in Marfa 25 years ago. He was just getting started then. Don't know how his hunts are now because I haven't stayed in touch. Good luck!

Chopped up the whole thing as I kept hitting the 240 character limit...
Found out the trigger word in the end... It was muzzle or velocity. dropped them and it posted.:)

2,822fps, ES 8.2
This compares favorably to 7 Rem Mag. with less powder & recoil.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR MY RIFLE, ALWAYS APPROACH A NEW LOAD CAUTIOUSLY!!*
Rifle is a Pierce long action, 32" 1:8.5 twist Swan{Au} barrel
{You will want a 1:8.5 to run the heavies but can get away with a 1:9}
Peterson .280AI brass, CCI 200 primers, 56.5gr of 4831SC, 184gr Berger Hybrid.

I know that this thread is more than a year old but as a new member I thought I would pass along my .280AI loading.
I am shooting F Open long range rather than hunting but here is what is working for me and I have managed a 198.14 at 800 meters.
That is for 20 shots. The 14 are X's which is a 5" circle.
