Puppies were whelped Dec. 29, 2013 making them ready for new homes the last week in February. Dew claws and tails have already been taken care of.

The Wachtelhund is a medium size dog (40-60 lbs), with thick wavy hair similar to a spaniel. They are a flushing retriever classified as a versatile breed hunting upland game birds, waterfowl and fur. Hardy, courageous, efficient over any terrain, the Wachtelhund has a great bloodhound-like nose and is intelligent, lively and easy to train. It is estimated that there are less than 150 Wachtelhunds in the United States.

Puppies available for $750. Only males remain.

My female with a previous puppy. The entire litter has the same markings. White on their belly with white feet.

Another previous puppy with similar markings that these pups have. The amount of white varies slightly but very close to the same. So much so, we're gonna need to get different collars to tell them apart.

Awesome looking pup.

Sure look like a version of a Cocker.
Wish I had some room in the kennel.

They look somewhat similar to a Boykin or water spaniel, yet much more versatile.

pups look good, if it wasn't so far id take one!

Good looking dogs. All the best in selling them.

Here is a little teaser for the pups. I took this video this evening. They are ready for their new hunting homes.

These pups will be ready to hunt this fall.

All three pups playing with my son. Hippo on the right, Max in the middle and Oscar on the top.

Oscar was sold this morning, so I'm down to Max and Hippo. Don't let this chance and a great dog slip away.

I've got plans to introduce the two remaining pups to birds on Friday afternoon. Once I start using birds, the price for the pups will need to be increased. You can still get a great pup for $750.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
