I have three days with my wife to visit Portugal. Can anyone recommend any places to visit, relax and see the real portugal ?

When are you going? Porto is a lovely city. Bit mad but some great old architecture especially some of the churches.
Lisbon is nice then as above. Largos is nice.

With only 3 days would suggest Lisbon, maybe a day trip to the old city of Sintra. Just flying home today. Second trip, this one for a wedding. We love Portugal. Enjoy. Lisbon has a great night life and enough to keep you busy for 3 days. Transportation, Uber or taxi is insanely cheap along with food and wine.

Three days is a short time, maybe Sintra or Setubal which are close, otherwise just enjoy Lisboa.

Try the "vinho verde", and some vintage Port.

They do cod fish in many ways, "brandada de bacalhau" is just great.

Have a great time !

I spent a couple days in Oporto many years ago, beautiful city and lots of wine. Try the full Portuguese breakfast as I remember I couldn't eat it all when I was in my twenties!
