Which E bike if your life depended on it?

Hello all,
Currently in the market for an electric mountain bike I'll be using for hunting and fishing in south Florida. Due to a recent auto accident I'm without a fueled vehicle at the moment and figured I would try and see how long I might go without one. Anyway, I'm familiar with Quietkat, Rambo, and a couple others I'm just wondering (having never owned one) which make and model is preferred? I need max range, offroad capability is really important, and carrying capacity is vital. Not only would it be used for canal and pond hopping but grocery trips as well. Budget would be 10k max
