Win m70. Talley Rings and base

I am looking to change my rings and bases on my pre64 m70 375.
I would like to use talleys. But can not seem to find them in stock on the internet.
I would not think that would be a hard thing to find.
Using a 1inch tube scope.

Call Talley direct. I have ordered directly from them several times, when I could not find what I was looking for at a retailer.
