I watch a lot of hog hunting videos. Keith Warren has some good ones, except for all of the direct advertising. And he can be annoying at times - just talks too much.
Brad Fry (guide in Saskatchewan, I believe) has some really nice videos for moose and white tail from up in Canada. Fry is really laid back, and you can REALLY see that he loves what he does. he's my favorite, he just doesn't have a lot of videos.
AirArmsHuntingSA - Matt Dubber's show (he lives in RSA) is largely about varminting with very advanced air rifles, plus some smaller PG and larger varmints that he hunts with traditional centerfire (usually a Tikka 260 Rem). He's a neat guy, too, and I'd love to meet him. The guy really makes me wish I lived in RSA.
Stuck n the Rut - a lot of it is about white tail hunting, kind of boring for me; but there are some good videos on mulies and elk.
And while there's no specific channel, there are some great videos of a German kid (probably in his late 20s, so "kid" to me) named Franz Albrecht. He's an absolutely amazing shooter, mostly hunting European boar, at least in the videos. He shoots, with a rifle, boar on the run better than I can shoot doves with a 12ga.
