I've worked in Manufacturing since graduating college. Wasn't the plan but working out alright. Started as entry level supervisor on night shift and since have worked at multiple companies chasing opportunities to grow to where I am now in management. My parents were blue collar and every...
The organization is always open to donations of course. I can reach out to the north Texas coordinator about sponsoring a specific hunt. Typically the "sponsored" hunts is a company paying for the 5 kids or whichever. If you wanted to look at the schdule of hunts and say "i'll sponsor two kids...
I believe that is indeed TPW hunts and I’ve never been drawn either. TYHP the kids and parents know 1.5 months out usually with plenty of communication from the office as well as the Huntmaster about the hunt.
Texas does have some fantastic draw hunt opportunities. If only I could indeed get drawn…
TYHP hunts don’t work that way unfortunately rookhawk. Were you applying for youth hunt draws with parks and wildlife?

What about the UK? We’ve hunted there a few times and going back next year. Always tipped ~20% as they are budget/cull hunts but never had reference to what is “expected” there
I have a 60s model that was from my grandfather in 243. It’s very accurate with all types of cheap ammo from big box stores. Only experience I’ve had with the 77 though
Only have one time experience withy ammo pouch. But bought a leather open top for my buff hunt in Australia. I ran it dry twice. Wasn’t as much the danger as it was stopping buff before they got in the thick stuff. In heat of the moment, I wouldn’t of wanted to be messing with a clasp or buckle...
In the states T3x lite is the basic rifle you can buy with synthetic stock and blued barrel. After that you get into custom options for each big box store. Superlite has fluted stainless barrel with different camo patterns depending on store. I just bought a Roughtech which is somewhere between...
