Actually, no it’s not. 303’s have sloppy chambers that fire form factory spec brass, each time you resize it it work hardens the head area, which can’t be annealed, necks can. Is this for hunting or competition? For comps, it would be for different styles of comp, ie:offhand, bench, prone etc For hunting, it would be different styles of hunt, ie: from a blind, walking open ground, thick bush, etc Gumpy

No idea and don’t really care, goes bang and things fall over, is more accurate than a mates tikka at 500 yards ,7 mm rem,(less assumed drop) and bolts opens easy and no obvious pressure signs, from memory case capacity is slightly higher, and has old school cool factor. Gumpy
