A couple of things. Hicks accurizer is a great addition. Try to put rest immediately forward of receiver. No bipod!! I have put several layers of credit card shims to get a free float. Shims are not a permanent fix just evaluate. Number one forearms exert 30-60 in/lbs up pressure
