Mozambique really has to be one of the best destinations for large lizards! I shot these 2 crocs pictured below with a fine gentleman in Cabora last year. The density of crocs in that place, and along the Zambezi is scary! Niassa also produces the odd 'proper flat dog' too!

@Nhoro you are on the money - the 9.3mm x 62 with factory loads is not legal in Zim, neither is the 74 R. The only one that makes the grade with factory ammo is the 64 Brenneke.

You are better off using a .300 Win mag or .338 for eland. The eland is a big animal. Why risk it? Better to have a good entrance and exit hole = good blood trail.
