I sprained an ankle really bad the first day of a black bear hunt in Canada and spent the whole week with a badly sprained ankle. It was so swollen I could only wear my muck boots. But I got my bear and it healed up.

@spike.t has Takeri private reserve in Zambia which is partially fenced bordering a riverfront. I believe this may be one of the best places to conduct a plains game hunt in Zambia. Definitely on my list!

I’m glad you had such a good hunt. You will find Brenda is a great person to deal and very fast with communication and trophy shipping.

I also had El campo do my processing and Brenda did my mounts. She is about half the price of Hibblers for a wall pedestal and I can’t find any flaws in her work.

Great hunt and great Bull! I hunted with Lomas Chicas in 2023 and took a nice bull at 45 yards while stalking. It is excellent hunting on the Kennedy.

I’ll do 3,000 with the scope and 3 boxes of ammo. I have almost double this in it.

Ejection has been working fine. The cases clear the scope. The action was originally a 7mm weatherby Magnum, so feed rails have been adjusted for the fatter PRC case.
