I also had El campo do my processing and Brenda did my mounts. She is about half the price of Hibblers for a wall pedestal and I can’t find any flaws in her work.Royce suggested Brenda Baird for the Taxidermy, so that's where my bull is going. Says he really likes her work. Can't wait to see it.
El Campo is doing the processing. Older bull so I'm doing four kinds of sausage, including regular and jalapeño cheese smoked, pan and Italian Links which I hear are really good. Minimal steaks (from the backstraps, which are huge). Tenders whole, and the rest to hamburger w 10% fat added.
