Hi Jack, I don't know for a fact but there is a chance NECG did the work as those are where the sights came from. I do not have an accurate round count nor sight in targets unfortunately. All I know is what the previous owner, who I believe owned it for at least 25 years before I purchased...

I think you are correct. I am thinking NECG banded front sight and the NECG Classic 3 leaf Express sights.

No rings included but will include two bags of brass, one bag unfired, reloading dies, and a box of Barnes bullets.
