4457 Form

I have redo some 4457 forms.
I am having the hardest time finding the new Printable 4457 form online.
All I can find are 4457 forms that the signature of owner and the CBP Official are lined out

Hit print. The printed copy doesn’t include the X’s.

You are printing the one from CBP website? Maybe try a different printer? I just printed it.

Yes I did use CBP website and got the lines

Just got back from Africa last week. Customs was saying serial number on scope needs to be on 4457 also. It may be worth adding.

When you go to a CBP office they also have blank forms and can help you fill them out.

I just printed out and had the same problem as Manny. My work around was to save the file as a PDF to my local drive then print it out and the cross hatch in the signature boxes was gone.
