I booked a hunt to Limpopo at a SCI show in 2024 for May of 2025. Should I expect to pay the fees for animals harvested based on the 2024 price list or his undated 2025 list?

Perfect question for your outfitter. I could see it go both ways so it's best to get clarification.

The only"standard" there would be is if you signed a contract, with agreed to prices.

Outside of that,..you need to reach out to your outfitter

Come to find out that it was right in my contract. One of those things I never paid attention to when I booked it.
And what is the answer if I may ask?

The animals included in the package, the daily fees and rifle rental is a set price. The prices of the additional items harvested are based on the new price list. The price list between 24 and 25 went up about 10% on average. Some stayed the same and some went up 20%, but most $100-300.

may I suggest Intaba Safaris in the East Cape by Port Elizabeth, Eugene is a great guy, 2 of us will be there April 6th to April 14th. he does cull hunts(that's what I am doing) and if you go to his web site he is and offering daily fees of 200.00 and good cull prices. Thanks Jim
Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
