Sitting down about to have a beer, over a year since I've had one last. Think this zywiec maybe be my favorite beer, found it about 15 years ago for my buddy kinda as a joke with him being polish. Turns out we really like it so did his dad, his grandfather said he remembered his grandfather drinking the stuff back in Poland probably about a 100 years ago now. Got the beer at Sam's club just a 6 pack but for $5.99 not bad, used to get it in pint bottles at bj's but don't shop there anymore. Can't tell you how to say it's name his grandfather told me but sounded nothing like it's spelled lol. There's many more better beers out there but have some really fun memories when drinking this stuff, anyone here ever try zywiec think I seen its only imported in New York.

Polish beer is great, on a trip to Novy Sad / Krakow area, I sampled some very good ones.

Have enjoyed Zywiec a few times in Warsaw, and Wroclaw.
I had become a huge fan of Pilsner Urquell that I had in Pilsen and Prague.

However, a couple of bottles of Zywiec convinced me that the Poles know how to make beer.

Years later, a Polish chef close friend from Chicago would bring Zywiec on his trips to New Orleans. He would get them from the now closed Sam's Liquor (Spirits?) in Chicago.

We could also get Polish Bison Grass Vodka back in the day. Zubrowska.
It's still available, but the formula has changed from the 1990s. What I bought in Duty Free in Warsaw in the 1990s was really special. The FDA changed all that in the 2000s to change the botanicals.

Glad I'm not alone liking zywiec, think I read one time there's a few beers in Poland that are very similar. It's unfortunate when they have to change there beer, my dad every once in a while would have a few fosters, I can still smell them in my head when he would Crack one offen when we watch Nascar or other TV. He won't drink it now, he always said it maybe that they weren't making it in Australia anymore but your fda idea is probably why.

I worry every time I find something I like it doesn't stick around, 15 or so years ago I went to rib fest we have hear budwiser had there truck and they were doing tests on a new beer they were working on. Had to fill out a paper of what you thought and so on. That beer was the best beer I ever had, it was like the part in the beer fest movie when they send the Germans that beer and he drinks in disbelief. Waited years after for the beer to come out but never did for some reason.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.

Hello:
I’ll take the .375 Whitworth for $1,150 if the deal falls through.
Thanks .
