Offering up for sale a Blaser R8 Kilombero full kit with two Safari Selous Barrels. This rifle is probably one of the best I have owned and has been extremely reliable and accurate. Very good condition and only shows light handling ware.

Included in the kit.

375 H&H Selous barrel
300 Win Selous barrel
Magazine insert for both calibers
Bolt housing with magnum bolt head
Fire control unit
Tools
Pelican case
30mm saddle mount (not shown)
Blaser Sling

I’m new to posting on the form but I’ve been following it for years. There is a lot of good knowledge here and it’s been a good experience, I’m looking forward to getting more involved.

As for me I’m a life long hunter who despite having worked a lot in Africa I’ve never had time to hunt there, working on trying to change that soon.

I can understand your concern as I’m new here. I am selling to finance another rifle and put a little money in the hunting fund. I was fortunate to get a good deal for the kit when I got it and wanted to pass on the savings to other enthusiasts.

The LOP is 14.5” over a 1” pad. I don’t have the best scale, but weight with the 375 H&H barrel is 9.4 LB unloaded without glass or a mount.

I am located in North Carolina, I would be open to having an inspection or I could take it to a well known dealer in my area with the knowledge to perform an inspection before shipping.
