It is 23:37 here in Africa. I had plenty of ME time to read each and every post.
Thank you all for the kind words, prayers and help it brought tears to my eyes reading it all.
I can't respond to everyone individually but I will to the one who needs it the most.
The question is, what’s your problem with that buffalo? You are living in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, there are no raiding comanches anymore nor dangerous buffalo. Quite a safe place to live.
However Africa can be dangerous and if one goes after one of the most dangerous animals on earth, well the outcome is incalculable. Soon I’ll be hunting buffalo, if I get hurt or killed, bad luck but so what, nobody forced me to book the hunt. Those who seek the danger can perish in it...
@Bushpig4Ever....I have a ferm believe in life, " If you have nothing good to say, Then you have nothing at all to say" unless you speak out of personal experience.
But we all differ and were brought up differently.
Now as you say, you will be hunting Cape Buffalo later this year, if you send me the dates I will say a prayer for your safety that day.
Although I knew my career had it's dangerous, I still signed up for it.
Hunting and Conservation is my life and my passion.
Keeping my client and my crew alive is my responsibility.
My other passion is the relationship I have with my GOD.
The... Lord-Jesus-Christ.
I hope one day you may also experience the same relationship as me and my family do. It is amazing.
God bless you and your family.
