Finally got my Cape Buffalo Pedestal mount home from my taxidermist and in the trophy room. Thought I would share the final result of my first Cape Buffalo hunt. If interested the hunt report from this hunt is at the link below. Taken with my Win Model 70 Safari Express in 375HH using Barnes TSX 300 gr bullet, one shot at 75 yards quartering away slightly, hunted with Motsomi Safaris in Limpopo SA right along the Limpopo River across from Zim in 2023. Bull measured 44.5" wide, 14" bosses.
Really happy with the pedestal mount done on a knotty alder pedestal.
