El Paso Saddlery web cartridge belts?

Look nice but my preference is for a good leather gear belt then change out cartridge holders depending on what rifle I’m using

I have several holster rigs of theirs. Top quality. However, their customer service is poor. Just getting a call back takes several attempts. I experienced this when trying to BUY from them. That said, I’ve never needed to return anything they’ve made. Again, top notch construction and materials.

I'll second this, cartridge wallet types are the way forward, rounds don't fall out in your bag or in the back of the land cruiser. Simple ones from El Paso in RSA like these are good. https://zimbi.co.za/product/el-paso-safari-ammo-wallet-5-shot/

I also dont see the need to walk around looking like an ol'mexican gun slinger in the African bush. Your PH should carry lots of rounds, you only really need 10 on your belt and 4 or 5 in your gun.

I am sure they are good. I am a Murray Custom Leather fan myself.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
