I only said we are partly to blame. I haven’t seen the buckskin jacket and coonskin hat Regs. Lol.
The fluorescent orange Regs are relaxed during some seasons (hunter request) but to simplify we can always wear 250 square inches and be legal in all seasons. That allows us to simplify the Regs.
I hear your point, I just think that the Regs aren’t the big issue with hunter numbers. We are an aging demographic and the majority of millennials and the generation after them aren’t interested in hunting
