Does Ruger have OLD OLD, Old, and New Models?

Looking at the picture it looks like the new model Vaquero Blackhawk.

The old model Blackhawk had 3 screws and sometimes called the 3 screw model. Ruger did a safety retrofit on them and changed out the screws for pins (I believe). When they sent the pistol back to the owner they returned all the parts that they removed.
