It's a 450 Black Powder Express. There are so many things you'd need to know to determine if its worth $1 I'd suggest you pass on it. If BP rotted out the throat indetectibly, the brass will flow into the bulge and not extract as just one gotcha of a thousand. Is it off face? Are the ribs properly affixed? Does it still have its stalking safeties? Did you use a pin gauge set to determine the nominal bore diameter to see whether an off the shelf bullet will work or if you need custom sized bullets? Is the stock original? Does it have hidden repairs in the wrist or concealed under the checkering? Is it shortened or does it still have its steel butt plate? Case and accessories present? Did you mic the chambers to determine which 450 express cartridge length it requires and whether brass is obtainable? Have you set aside budget of about $1000 for getting a regulation load made and if that fails $2500 to have the barrels re-regulated? Have you checked whether the barrels are fluid steel or if they are damascus that was blacked over?
