AH legend
Tornado sirens were going off all night. Tornado hit about 10 miles SE of us. Man, sure don't feel like Christmas anymore!!!
Post from a friend in Garland on their fb page. Gotta appreciate the humor...
New level of of hell, two kids and two adults shoved under the stairs for tornado warning. The little one has gas.
now that got me laughing! .......
Hey brother glad your ok and safe. I'm worried about my Dad's place down there. Fortunately he's not there but I hope it faired okSpent a couple of hours last night in a very small closet with three labrador retrievers and one cat while tornado went west of us by a couple of miles. After further evaluation not sure where the safer location would have been in the closet with the cat or in the yard with the tornado.
Roof is still on the house there are a bunch of people here in DFW that can't say the same. Its all part of the adventure known as TEXAS.
Stay warm Gizmo

Actually and unfortunately Texas has the most tornados on an annual basis. It's largely due to the size of the state but we get them up here a lot.do those things happen often in texas, i thought kansas or that part of usa got them mostly? no desire to experience one i must confess especially if you have to sit in a cupboard with a cat for hours!!!!!

Its a trade off. We have tornados occasionally come by the house and you have lions and elephants come by yours.
No worries bro, it'll probably be 80 next week lmfao.Wow! Glad everybody's ok. Hope the weather straightens out for when I'm down there next month!
