Headed out for buffalo and another try for Mr. Spots.
My better half is going to be hunting buffalo, but also Klipspringer along with a few other tiny's. She wants to take her 375 H&H and 300 Win Mag for tiny's.
I was thinking 7mm-08 for tiny's, could use another's opinion, afraid the 300 would do to much damage.

Was my first thought to use a solid. Thanks for the reply.

If using mushrooming ammo DON’T use the conventional shoulder shot, use center mass and you MAY avoid blowing any tiny ten to bits. (midway between the shoulder and the back of the rib cage)

Please tell us where you are headed and let us know how it goes. Good luck!

Good luck and happy hunting!

Have a great hunt. I have used solids from a .375 on animals as small as suni. Works perfectly. Just tell her to hit them center of mass rather than on the shoulder.

Use solid's. I would say 60% of my "tinys" were with a 375. Over time I got solids for 7mm.

As for "non" mushrooming rounds I ruined several full caps on the exist side. Never again. Solids or 22 mag/22 hornet.

Hope you have lots of luck and have a great trip. I wish you the best of luck on your venture to meet Mr. Spots. Happy trails, my friend.

Thanks for all the help and good advice.
