Whats the cost range (low end) to send back to H&H to have a new stock purchased and fitted?

For H&H to do the work, I'd guess north of $5k in labor, plus the cost of the blank. That does not include extras like a gold oval (which this super-thirty has).

And that probably doesn't include export/ import cost to get it there and then export/import cost to bring it back to the U.S.

Remember, though, with H&H you will pay a premium (worth something, I suppose, to be able to say that they did the restocking, even though it'll almost certainly end up on the bench of an outworker to the trade). If you're serious about it I do know a few people in the UK who are of this level.
