How much impact will this new RSA expropriation law likely have on the hunting properties?

Zero i think
There is a lot of details in the wording etc
Its only enforceable if a lot of circumstances line up

I'd only caution you to not apply reason to such irrationality. Things like this aren't about making sense because they can't make any sense. It's about exercising power if they perceive some benefit by it.

"It is a grave error to suppose that a dictatorship rules a nation by means of strict, rigid laws which are obeyed and enforced with rigorous, military precision. Such a rule would be evil, but almost bearable; men could endure the harshest edicts, provided these edicts were known, specific and stable; it is not the known that breaks men’s spirits, but the unpredictable. A dictatorship has to be capricious; it has to rule by means of the unexpected, the incomprehensible, the wantonly irrational; it has to deal not in death, but in sudden death; a state of chronic uncertainty is what men are psychologically unable to bear." -- Ayn Rand

The rational person would be inclined to think Ramaphosa would only look a little ways north and see the disaster that Rhodesia became. But he isn't rational.

So true, just look at us Canadians. What a cluster we have had for last 10 years. We need an election with a new PM and 70% mandate, one who's thoughts, ideas and plans align with our friends to the south.

I certainly hope SA stays smart and does not head or follow the old Zim way.

What a great way to kick off our 2025 hunting season in South Africa.

This beautiful Impala ram was taken at just over 300 yards, took a few steps and toppled over.

We are looking forward to the next week and a half of hunting with our first client of the year.

Do you have any more copies of African Dangerous Game Cartridges, Author: Pierre van der Walt ? I'm looking for one. Thanks for any information, John [redacted]
