Join some minority religion and they will take you. They import all sorts now to get the votes. You got my vote Bob. Oh wait I am not a resident of Australia.
6mm REMINGTON! My father in law has a 6mmAI he hunts pronghorn with.Or at least sell the 243 and get a 244/6mm
Took you a while to wake up but once you get rolling you’re pretty good on the come backs! Pink tutu and slippers with a handbag…..brilliant!@Grumpy gumpy
Wash your mouth out with soap. If'n y'all ain't careful I will contact @CBH Australia and get him to dress in his broken heel outfit complete with pink tutu and ballet slippers and he can come and bitch slap you silly with his handbag for being so mean.
You should know by now a 243 will never be in my gun safe. Dang I would even let anyone steal one, I would tell them to use a bag of rocks and throw them. That would be more effective. The shame would be to much.
Bob
Much like yours, my African in .375 has pretty plain walnut, but both it and the Alaskan will shoot and have always functioned 100%. Maybe not the prettiest girls at the dance, but they make up for it in other ways and I was able to take them both home at the same time. Better an African and an Alaskan at home than just looking at a Purdey on the internet.Maxine with makeup is looking a little better, 4 out of 10. If the caliber makes magic and she is a shooter I know I will leave with the landowner of my lease. He is single 63 and has several sections in Caddo county. He is adamant that any single good looking woman his age is gold digger, psycho, or addicted to something, or possibly a combination thereof. He prefers plain as can be and he is correct after meeting some his past acquaintances.
Maxine may get a refinish and new glass if clover leaves on paper and come home to reside with me.
That, I assume, is a reference to that stupid "influencer " who picked up the baby wombat, storm in a teacup, it was alright for various other people, mostly male, to pick them up in the past (Steve Irwin, Malcom Douglas Leyland bros etc) but, shock, horror, a female who supports hunting , no, can’t have that.Took you a while to wake up but once you get rolling you’re pretty good on the come backs! On a side note how’s the baby wombat collection going![]()
A Federal auditor that used to visit my office years ago swore by his 6mm Rem for Colorado mule deer.6mm REMINGTON! My father in law has a 6mmAI he hunts pronghorn with.
Yes, Remington really screwed up with the 1:12 twist in their .244. If they had gone with a 1:10 twist, we may never have heard of the .243 Winchester. As an addendum to my earlier post, I hunted elk with a guy once that used a Remington 700 in the 6mm Remington cartridge. He told me he had killed six elk with it over the years. I personally wouldn't hunt elk with that cartridge, but I guess it worked for him and probably many others since its inception.A Federal auditor that used to visit my office years ago swore by his 6mm Rem for Colorado mule deer.
An interesting twist on how the 244 Rem became the 6mm Rem:
