I won’t be selling my CZ 452 22lr!

Met some buddies at the range today. We had a 22lr day using the 50 yard range. My buds had Remington 40x, a Tikka target model in a chassis, a Kimber military 52, and a Remington 37. They all had 20x scopes. A bit intimidating!
I had a generic CZ 452 with a 3-9x Burris rimfire scope. Of course I did add a lighter spring to the trigger.
My buds were doing well with clustering 3 shot groups. But only 1 had a tighter group than mine!
Here is one of my targets I tried 4 different brands of quality ammo on. 5-10 mph variable breeze.

I don’t think I will be selling this CZ 452 for a while yet! I may even try to find a good 20x scope and see if I can improve on it.
I don't know. I think you should probably dump that p.o.s.

Do you want my address? ;)

Nice group!.

Here is my 452. Nothing special but its mine. And its sufficiently accurate. Air rifle scope, 4-16x40 Diana, SFP, mildot reticle.

Nice wood! Mine is pretty plain.

I have the 455 in .22 LR, wish I had one of the 452's chambered in 17 Mach2. The 455's I think may not be as good as the 452's (at least judging from comments I've read on other forums) but I like mine, with ammo it likes it shoots similar to yours, @Ridgewalker.

I have the 455 in 17 HMR. It shoots 3/4” groups at 100 yards. I think that’s pretty good. I’ve considered getting the 22lr barrel for it, but haven’t yet.

I have the 457 Lux in 22WMR and it's a sweet little shooter!

These are fantastic rifles, I love mine. Don't remember who said it (maybe Finn Aagaard?), but the saying goes something like "tell me how many rounds of 22LR you shoot a year and I can tell how proficient a rifle shot you are." Very true - most of my practice too.

DSC has a mini arsenal of 452's and I'm proud to say I've been part of the volunteer team that has instructed hundreds of middle and high schools kids with them over the years. Many first time shooters.

Thanks for training all those young hunters and shooters!

Hello there. I’ve been wanting to introduce myself personally & chat with you about hunting Nilgai. Give me a call sometime…

Best,

+1 Great to deal with. I purchased custom rifle. No issues.

I saw you were looking for some Swift A-Frames for your 9.3. I just bought a bulk supply of them in the 285g. version. If Toby's are gone, I could let 100 go for $200 shipped you are interested.
Thanks,
Gary
