I had a 10 day hunting trip in July 2024 filmed. First it turned out amazing but second in watching it I noticed a habit that I picked up while shooting from sticks. When I lined up the shot I would take my left index finger and hold down on the barrel. I noticed some of my shots would hit left or right by several inches. Not enough to make me miss but enough to hit a few inches left or right. I think this is invaluable tool to continually improve my hunting ability.
Here is the video and you can see press my finger on the barrel.

Spectacular. I noticed a thumb over the top of the barrel when you set up the shot, but you did a great job in the end. 300 WM?

Yes sir 300 win mag. I did use my custom 7mm rem on the cull impala but it weighs over 14lbs so the Tikka got most of the work
