Leupold vx-3 1.5-5x20 question

I'm looking at ordering a Leupold VX-3 1.5-5x20 scope for my cz 550 in 375h&h. I'm mounting it with warne 1" medium height qd rings. I've heard some folks having trouble with some other scopes being too short to fit in the rings. I want to make sure everything will work before i order the scope. Does anyone have a similar setup? I'm just worried about getting the scope and having major issues for getting it mounted. From what I can tell i should have a little bit of room for adjustment but want to just be sure. I was looking through a lot of related posts and am having trouble figuring it out.

Thanks a lot,
Voodooracer
Excellent scope for 375hh. No issue with fit. No need for higher magnification.

I have a VX3 1.5x5 on my Ruger Hawkeye Alaskan 375R.
Works great, looks great and just seems "right" on a 375

I have three of these scopes. My .404 Jeffery and my .375 H&H each wear one in custom or Talley QD rings. This is a tough, lightweight scope that delivers good magnification range - a great deal of the money and popular on big bore rifles.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
