Howdie, I am looking for Mark Sullivan's books "Fear no death" and "Death and double rifles" somewhere around Europe. Second hand lecture is good to me too.
Unfortunately, buying directly on his website would cost me ridiculously too much shipping.

Howdie, I'm in just to tell I am still looking for these books.

Doesn't matter if brand new or second hand, either soft or rigid cover would be ok, don't care if signed or not... looking for lowest possible price, possibly shipping within EU to avoid oversea fees and custom duties.
