MOZAMBIQUE: 15 Day Hunt Report With Zambeze Delta Safaris In Coutada 11

Wow, is about all I’ve got!

You’ve got me extremely excited for 2026

Many thanks @AZDAVE @Green Chile @gillettehunter @ACE (in CT) and @Mtn_Infantry . It was truly one of the highlights of our trip and really brought everything together for me. One thing I failed to mention, on the way in to camp from Beira in the big chopper, Pete probably had us somewhere at that 3-500 feet altitude level most of the way, which is low, but nothing like we did that day. Once we got out of the forests and hit the flood plain, we were below the tree-line for the most part, except when he gained altitude to find the buffalo and the elephants. I felt like a door gunner on a Huey the whole time and tried to download some of the videos to showcase that feeling, but they were all too big. Here are couple of still shots from vids that at least provide a little bit of perspective. @Mtn_Infantry , you are in for a treat going in '26 - don't hesitate to DM me for anything.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
Ready for the hunt with HTK Safaris

Hello:
I’ll take the .375 Whitworth for $1,150 if the deal falls through.
Thanks .
