Hello,
Fairly long-time lurker checking in to maybe start the process of setting up a first Safari. I'm only semi-regular Whitetail hunter, but an avid shooter and firearms enthusiast who up until recently didn't give much consideration for a hunting trip to Africa. A few months back while doing a Google search on a firearms related topic, I was given a link to this website. Not only did I find my answer, but while idly browsing the site I found several things that peaked my curiosity. I found that when not cruising my usual firearms haunt, I kept coming back here more and more. Recently, I've actually spent more time here than there!
Anyway, I've read many threads which have not only been informative, but have served to get me keenly interested in and seriously considering a trip to Africa.
I have found the answers to many questions already, and will continue to read and learn as much info as I can so as to not bother you folks too much with questions already asked and answered many times. Of course, reading has also started to show me how much I don't know, so I may need ask a few. Hopefully, they will be more of a clarification nature, or at least as much as possible anyway.
That's all for now, but allow me to say that in reading here bit, I do like that discussions here seem to stay on a professional or respectful nature. That is another reason I decided to join.
