They don't make forms for Patas Monkey. Altered Vervet form.
Taxidermy is not buying a form and taking a tanned skin and glueing it to it and sewing it on a form, see below after pictures......What goes into any mount.

Patas Monkeys are slightly smaller and a gray fox.
About 2x the size of a large squirrel.
Their head is about the size of a tennis ball.
What goes into something like this.......
1. 4 hours enlarging head size and altering bone length and girth and length of a Vervet monkey form.
2. 1 hour Test fit and re test fit till correct size.
3. 2 -3 hours prepping the skin shaving paper thin to almost transparent to keep shrinkage to a minimum, sewing holes.
4. Next 1 hour putting on facial details in face and setting eyes.
5. 8 Meticulous hours of Glueing skin in place and sewing up each arm and down the belly
6. 1 hour set feet in relaxed state and define each toe with clay pack in feet before sewing.
7. 15-20 minutes each day for three days watching the skin dry adjusting it to keep it from moving and shrinking.
Wait 2 weeks or so for it to totally dry............
8. 2 hours make Walnut African panel from stratch, stain , 3 coats clear and buffing.
9. 1 hour set limb on panel and stain branch and attach leaves and branches.
10. 4 hours Finisher rebuilds facial feature and ear features that have shrunk and distorted in anyway.
11. 2 hours Finisher removes all seams visible from sewing
12. 4 hours Finisher airbrushes all the natural colors back into face, ears and rest of body that needs the color put back in
13. Take a picture ........After 32-33 hours of tedious work.

This last picture shows the attachment of the 1/4 steel rod running thru it's arm from the core body 1/2 inserted into the bushing it set in that was implanted into the tree branch for secure non moving attachment to the base. The foot fits flush to tree realistically wrapped around it and rod it totally unseen.
